Sore+Tired BLUE is the original formula developed by our founder to get the benefits of an Epsom salt bath or compress in a convenient, premixed form. It contains equal parts magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) and magnesium chloride mixed with pure water, aloe, and other vitamins and emollients to avoid the itchy, salty film that can occur with other mineral salts.
Each teaspoon of Sore+Tired BLUE contains one-third of a gram of magnesium salts. It is clear and odorless (some people can detect a slight scent of citrus oil) for discreet use anywhere on your body that you would soak or use a compress. For external use only.

Sore+Tired GOLD was developed at the request of runners, dancers, skaters, and weekend warriors alike who want help with achy, cramping muscles.
